A Full Moon Event: Healing Ring of Tantra
With Drum Circle

Join us in a meditative and healing circle as we come together to experience the Healing Ring Of Tantra, a powerful Kundalini Yoga practice as taught by Mahan Tantric, Yogi Bhajan. Practiced on the Full Moon, we raise our hearts and voices to generate tremendous healing energy directed toward those in the circle and beyond. Potluck social to follow. Drumming Circle
June 1, July 6, August 3 (First Saturdays), 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Experience the incredible power and freedom of group drumming with its variety of rhythms that bring us together as community. Using drums, rattles, and shakers, we share our practice with intention, mindfulness and meditation. Sacred rhythmic sound formulas help to balance body, mind and spirit, connecting us to Source, as we become centered, clear, calm, focused. No experience or "talent" needed! ALL are welcome!

From Garden to Table: Fresh Ideas for the Culinary and Holistic Uses of Edible Garden Herbs

Discover fresh ideas for the culinary and healing uses of herbs. Rooted in the 5,000 year old wisdom of Ayurveda (Indian Medicine), we will explore seasonal, organic eating, using food as medicine. With specific focus on the healing power of edible garden herbs, learn how to incorporate them in delicious meals to improve your health. This class showcases the flavors and properties of herbs in the use of fresh homemade dressings, dips, marinades, herbal beverages, salads and cheeses. Herb recipes can be paired with vegetable, meat and fish entrees. Special attention is paid to gluten-free and vegan diets with both non-dairy and adjustable dairy recipes. Summer Creative Workshops: Grades 4 – 6
July 1 – August 2 (five weekly workshops): 9 am – 1 pm
The Greenshire Summer Creative Workshops will be an exciting combination of various activities, all designed to cultivate the child's imagination, creativity and self esteem. Using what they have learned from theatre games, nature exploration and discovery activities, students pull together their ideas into a final informance. As children explore various facets of themselves, they also develop lasting friendships and learn about their world while immersed in the week's fun and inspiration.
Weekly Themes: Because I'm Me (Identity), The Web (relationships), Adaptation (transformation), Spaceship Earth (Environmental Stewardship), This is Who I Am (Identity).

Core Principles of the Western Mysteries

The Western Mysteries comprise a long history of esoteric knowledge dating back to the ancient Egyptian empire. Level II: August 24 8 CEs available
At this level Reiki works more powerfully and also penetrates the space-time barrier. Learn how to transmit this healing energy over distance and time, helping to heal the past and send healing energy into the future. Learn how Reiki can be applied to ideas and situations, assist in eliminating unwanted habits and enhance talents. Receive special symbols and more powerful attunements. Includes Reiki Level II certification and detailed manual. Follow-up class TBA. $200. Refresher for Greenshire students: $25.

Level III Master/Teacher: May 3, 4, 5 (plus additional sessions)
In practicing Reiki you are connecting the spirit world with the human, accessing the power of the Universal Healing Force that healers throughout the ages have used in their healing practices. Learn to work with Spirit in the channeling of these energies for the highest good of all. This deeply nurturing class has been designed especially for the Reiki student to expand, integrate, cleanse and heal. $500 (Master), plus $300 (Teacher). Enjoy connecting with the Reiki community. Discuss Reiki concepts and share your questions and reflections. We will also spend part of the evening with hands-on practice. You are welcome to bring friends who are new to this healing modality, and would like to experience Reiki. Free-will donation.

In this advanced practice, we will address any questions that arise, review distant Reiki, and explicitly practice the affirmations and techniques associated with the subconscious and reprogramming protocols. Refer to your Reiki II manual for review before you attend this practice. Donation.

At this advanced level, it is important for the serious student to stay connected with the Reiki community. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss your Reiki path, and questions and reflections on particular practices or Reiki healing sessions. During this particular evening we will begin our discussion and hands-on practice of Energy Clearing, so in preparation, please review that section in your Reiki III manual.
