Gala Opening: Art Exhibit, Sale & Reception
March 31, 2006
On the evening of March 31 Greenshire greeted more than 100 people for its
Gala Opening: Art Exhibit, Sale and Reception. The exhibit runs through
April and can now be visited by appointment. Fifteen artists from Bucks
and Montgomery counties exhibit their work: paintings, bronze castings,
Peruvian weavings, hand-blown glass, stained glass jewelry, pottery,
tile mosaic, glass bead sculpture, collage creations, woodburning on
buffalo bone and felted wool. First in a series of art exhibits, this
exciting gathering has brought together community in an artistic way,
with heartfelt conversation and enthusiasm for future gatherings.
